Challenge

Initially, our goal was to increase patient consultations for a healthcare client. They were receiving 10-15 leads per month and had recently hired two practitioners, so they needed to fill their books immediately.

Solution

Our plan was to integrate sustainable marketing systems such as SEO, PPC and CRO to drive clinic growth across multiple channels. We leveraged PPC immediately to drive results yesterday and to feed to SEO and CRO strategy. Once we had enough keyword and user data, we set out a clear SEO & CRO plan.

Result

Our client grew from an average of 10-15 leads to 70-80 monthly leads (366%+ increase). This resulted in them requiring two more clinics in the local area to cater to the increased demand. Challenge

Chiswick Physio required an optimised website as it had outgrown its existing website, built with Squarespace. Klatch was tasked with managing the website migration progress to ensure an effective foundation for future growth.

Solution

Klatch analysed Chiswick Physios' existing website performance and opportunities, including competitor landscape research. We then conducted a content and service gap analysis, created a revenue-focused page targeting strategy, and ensure effective reporting was in place after migration.

Result

Before the website migration, Chiswick Physio received around 8 leads a month. In month one, after migration, It received 55 leads, and this number continues to grow month on month.
